Seminar- 2nd Workshop on Writing Proposals for Research Funding
Tue, 02/02/2010 - 17:06 — admin
If you have a GREAT IDEA but do not have the funds and the support facilities to work on it then this workshop is for you. You will learn how to best package your idea to catch the attention of investors and funding agencies.
If you want to start your career as a researcher, the introduction to the course will be of great help. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to interact with fellow participants who are willing to share their experiences and to brainstorm on projects and ideas that leads toward the priority areas and the national agenda in research.
In the 1st session, three projects were identified by the participants in their own fields of specialization and are ready to write the full proposal for funding.
To maximize the outcome of this workshop, it is highly recommended that the participants come with their ideas and laptops to be able to start writing a draft proposal of their proposed projects.
